Welcome to the Beast Strike Spiritborn Endgame Guide! This build relies on Jaguar Skills hits and represents a different way to play Spiritborn. You focus on ramping Jaguar Main Hall (JMH)'s Beast Strikes to delete monsters, transforming yourself into "Beastborn".
Beast Strike Spiritborn Endgame Build Guide for Diablo IV Season 12 - Slaughter
While the build relies on Jaguar skills hitting the enemy, you use Quill Volley as your primary attacking skill. Combined with Wushe Nak Pa and The Hunter you gain a massive damage bonus to the Beast Strike.
The primary objective is "hitting" an enemy as many times as possible per attack. You can get up to 21+ hits per cast on Elites & Bosses. You can play this build both ranged and up close, though its better up close for more hits.
The Jaguar Beast Strike Spiritborn, a.k.a. Beastborn, is an amazing all rounder that progresses through the Torment difficulties easily and can deal with anything the game throws at you. Let's get started!
NOTE Beast Strike is has some damage fall off in packs, that isn't seen as much with single target. Due to this is Push rating is lowered some.
NOTE the information outside of Build Variants is described from the perspective of the Mythic variant.
Season Theme - Kill Streaks
The Season 12 theme brings Killstreaks and Bloodied Items to Diablo 4. Slay enemies in succession to begin a streak that grants increasingly greater benefits based on which affixes you roll on your gear in addition to seasonal reputation and experience. Tiers are divided as follows: Killstreak (0-99) - Carnage (100-249) - Devastation (250-499) - Bloodbath (500-999) - Massacre (1000-9000) - Fresh Meat! (9001+). For most instanced content types, you can typically expect to reach up to the 4th tier (Bloodbath). Additionally, you can find Bloodied Sigils for Nightmare Dungeons, Infernal Hordes and Lair Bosses that offer greater challenges and rewards (introducing "pseudo Torment 5").
Bloodied Items
Bloodied affixes are bonus affixes that can randomly roll on gear and come in three categories: Rampage (armor), Feast (weapons), Hunger (jewelry). The first two offer minor combat effects while the latter boosts specific loot drops, which doesn't impact your build. Recommended affixes for this build are:
- Rampage: %Dexterity, Movement Speed, Attack Speed, Critical Strike Chance, Max Life
- Feast: Gain Berserking
- Hunger: Increase chance for Hunger Items (to get more amulets), Increased Runes

技能与玩法
- Quill Volley (QV) is our main ability. It works best when you get up close in melee range, hitting an enemy with the most Quill Feathers as possible. The name of the game is getting as many Jaguar skill hits on an enemy to trigger a Beast Strike from Jaguar Main Hall (JMH).
- Jaguar Main Hall (JMH)'s Beast Strikes, as long as you keep attacking, each strike ramps your damage on enemies; each time doubling the previous Beast Strike up to 32x. This damage ramp resets if you stop attacking for 1 second.
- Ravager provides more Jaguar hits, up to +5 hits against Elites & bosses each time you cast Quill Volley because of Replenishing Ravager.
- If you're having Vigor issues then swap to Measured Ravager.
- Counterattack grants dodge and crit damage passively. It also can be activated to avoid hits, while you strike back with Jaguar hits everytime you dodge.
- Armored Hide is our defensive tool; providing 100% Block Chance and main source of Resolve. This provides synergy with Redirected Force, Perseverance, & Endurance.
- This is also part of the Intricacy loop with your Ultimate skill, where you need to ensure this was the last non-core skill you cast before using your ultimate.
- You MUST cast this at least every 3 seconds to keep up Unyielding Hits.
- The Hunter is your Ultimate skill. It lasts 3 seconds before you can cast it again, which you want to cast as soon as possible. This is so you can max your Supremacy. Learn more about this interaction in the mechanics section.
- Adaptive Stances is your Key Passive; you gain a huge damage & utility benefit from swapping skills, which you are doing as part of your normal skill rotation.
Skill Rotation
- Just prior to starting to fight; cast Ravager then Armored Hide (in that order).
- Cast The Hunter at the closest pack, as it transports you there and triggers the benefit from Wushe Nak Pa.
- Spam Quill Volley for hits.
- Keep up Ravager at all times; if you have to re-cast it then cast Armored Hide right after. This ensures you don't mess up & need to reset the Intricacy loop.
- If you find yourself getting low on Vigor before its time to re-cast The Hunter, you can just spam Armored Hide for extra vigor from Endurance.
- WithGuzzler &Temerity you are able to spam your healing potions. Starting in Season 11, they auto-regenerate over time, so consume them as soon as you get them; except keep 1 in reserve as an emergency potion. This gives you increased damage and potentially more Barrier.
Spiritborn Spirit Hall
Primary: Jaguar Main Spirit Hall (JMH) gives you the Beast Strike, which is the whole power of the build. It happens every 15 hits per enemy, each time it strikes it ramps the next strike to be double the previous Beast Strike damage. This Beast Strike damage ramp applies to all enemies whenever just one is hit by a Beast Strike, including the additional generic damage multiplier as well.
Secondary: Jaguar Secondary Spirit Hall (JSH) adds more Ferocity and synergizes with Loyalty's Mantle.

流派变体
This section is designed to guide your Beast Strike Spiritborn from just starting out and then progressing into the very late endgame using the three variants Starter, Ancestral and Mythic. At the final step, you should be fully decked out with a great all-rounder build. From there, follow the other min/max variants (if they are available) if you want to optimize around certain activities such as Push (Tower/Pit), Speedfarm, and more.
If you are fresh in Torment 1 coming from a leveling guide, this is where you begin. Since only some Aspects can be guaranteed from Dungeon unlocks for the Codex of Power, focus on acquiring the additional aspects via gambling with Murmuring Obols or bartering at the Den. More about bartering Pale Marks can be found here.

Use the slider to see the progression steps. At around Paragon 200, leveling slows down significantly and all important Rare clusters, Legendary nodes and Glyph sockets should be unlocked. Afterwards, you can min/max your build with minor tweaks and by picking up additional smaller nodes.
NOTE: If you don't feel like rotating your Paragon boards going from Paragon 175 -> 200, then you can just use the layout from Paragon 200 and follow the progression as close as you can from Paragon 125 to 200.
NOTE: The Paragon "Board Rush" method is the most effective and powerful min/max outcome, where you unlock all 4 Legendary nodes prior to even focusing on all 5 Glyphs.

装备 / 佣兵 / 符文
This section describes how to optimize your Beast Strike Spiritborn with the right Item Affixes, Runes and Mercenary choices.
To enable the Beast Strike Spiritborn to perform optimally, hunt for these stats on your gear with good rolls and aim to Temper ⚒️ & Masterwork Crit them accordingly. Keep in mind that certain stats, such as Extra Size Tempers, Attack Speed, Critical Strike Chance and more, have caps that may affect your priorities according to the items and Paragon points available at that moment.

Amulet Passive Ranks:
Passives on an amulet are one of the more harder to find drops, let alone getting an amulet with 4 passives for every affix & having one or more stats being a Greater Affix (GA). Instead of you being expected to have "unobtainium" gear, the stat priority list shows the priority of passives in order. Alternatively, if you don't have 4 passives, then the other listed stats can be helpful to your build.

常见问题与机制
Take a look into this section for a deeper dive on frequently asked questions, common mistakes and the underlying mechanics of how the Beast Strike Spiritborn works.
The build works really well when you decimate everything in seconds, but may get overwhelmed if fights are long against high level monsters. There are several adjustments you can make when you have trouble with more difficult content:
- Spam barrier with Que
- Use defensive consumables (Reddamine Buzz, Soothing Spices, Elixir of Fortitude II).
- Roll Maximum Life instead of offensive stats on as many pieces as possible.
- Kite enemies when they become Unstoppable.
- Replace an offensive rune with Mot, Que or Xal.
- Watch out for one-shot mechanics, normally they are pretty "easy" to spot coming.
Mechanics
The ability to spam The Hunter is vital for keeping up max stacks of Supremacy! While Supremacy's tooltip says the maximum stacks is 10, that is a soft-cap. Every time the Ultimate skill completes, it adds +5 stacks, up to a hard-cap maximum of 30 stacks. With Supremacy at 4/3 passive ranks (due to Shroud of False Death), your damage is increased by up to 120%[x] at 30 stacks.
The Hunter lasts for 3 seconds, but you cannot cast it again while it's active. Sometimes it's cooldown can be instantly reset due to Exalted Hunter, but consider that a crutch if you can't always permanently spam it. You're looking for a <9.5s cooldown on The Hunter, using Wushe Nak Pa, fast enough attack speed, and enough cooldown so that you can spam it every 3 seconds. The following break down how this is achieved:
- The Hunter cooldown reduction Temper, Loyalty's Mantle cooldown reduction, & normal cooldown reduction have a cap of 75%. You can offset the non-max aspect with Masterwork "Crit" the Greater Affix (GA) Hunter Cooldown reduction temper (Legendary Amulet or Ring). More about Cooldown mechanics here.
- If you spam Quill Volley, with "12 frame attack speed", while The Hunter is active for 3 seconds, you can reduce up to 6 additional seconds off The Hunter's cooldown, due toWushe Nak Pa's implicit. More about Attack Speed mechanics here.
- If you travel at least 5 meters (Evade's distance is 4 meters) with The Hunter each time you cast it, you help reduce some of it's cooldown. This is due to Swift, as it gains the Mobility skill tag fromWushe Nak Pa.
BD 总结

- Hit each enemy 15 times for a Jaguar Beast Strike, and keep ramping it up to 32x damage!
- Synergize life gain & Temerity for maximum defenses.
- Pounce from pack to pack with The Hunter.
