Welcome to the Dash Rogue Endgame Guide! This high mobility build features the normally overlooked Shadowslicer aspect to deal massive damage at the end of each Dash, while also zooming all over the screen.
Dash Rogue Endgame Build Guide for Diablo IV Season 12 - Slaughter
Shadowslicer counts as Shadow Clone, which is why we are committing a lot of our aspects, items, and paragon into Ultimate damage scalers like Unto Dawn, Apogeic Furor, No Witnesses, and more. This is why we go Shadow Clonedamage on weapons, even though we do not actively use Shadow Clone.
This build is a bit unintuitive due to some clever game mechanics, so let us jump in and see what this build is all about!
Requirements for this Build:
- Assassin's Stride
流派变体
The goal here is to progress through the Torment difficulties as you unlock Ancestrals, Paragon points, all Legendary Aspects, Temper mods, and the most important Uniques to pilot this build. Some Legendary Aspects are used temporarily to fill slots that may be replaced with more Unique items later on.

How it Works
Skills & Rotation
- Zoom through the map with Dash. Dash is your main damage skill, but you deal all your damage with Shadowslicer. Prioritize hitting multiple enemies so that your Dash resets through Quickening Fog.
- Caltrops applies Chill for Frigid Finesse, and increases your damage dealt against tough Elites and Bosses.
- Smoke Grenade is only used for the 25% damage amplification through Enhanced Smoke Grenade.
- Dark Shroud is your main defensive tool. It provides massive amounts of Damage Reduction and increases your Movespeed. We gain stacks of Dark Shroud from Umbrous.
- Shadow Imbuement is allocated because Assassin's Stride automatically triggers it. This works for your Shadow Clone even without Imitated Imbuement!
- Death Trap should be used on Cooldown, until you reach 9 stacks of Apogeic Furor, as it is a massive damage amplifier. Once you reach 9 stacks, you should avoid casting it.
Skill Rotation
You should aim to hit targets in the middle of a pack to hit as many enemies as possible with Quickening Fog.
- Dash followed by Death Trap to group enemies.
- Cast Caltrops, Smoke Grenade, and Poison Trap against tough elites and bosses.
- Cast Dash to AoE mobs, ideally into a wall so that you do not miss enemies on top of you.
- The Smoke Grenade from your Quickening Fog will reset your Dash with enough CDR as long as you hit two enemies.
- With Assassin's Stride, all of your Dash will be imbued with Shadow Imbuement and apply Mixed Shadow Imbuement.
- You want to cast Death Trap on Cooldown, until you reach 9 stacks of Apogeic Furor. Once you reach 9 stacks, you should avoid casting it.
Gear
- Assassin's Stride makes your Dash permanently imbued with Shadow Imbuement, as well as giving you insane cooldown reduction for Shadow Step.
