Welcome to the Kick Barbarian Endgame Build Guide!
Kick Barbarian Endgame Build Guide for Diablo IV Season 12 - Slaughter
This build revolves around casting several Brawling skills in sequence before unleashing a powerful Kick at your foes, then repeating the cycle. It takes advantage of the damage multiplier and cooldown reset mechanics provided by Chainscourged Mail.
The three core ideas behind this build are fairly straightforward.
- Use multiple Brawling skills, each of which increases the damage of your next Brawling skill.
- Stack as much maximum Fury as possible to greatly increase your Power Kick damage.
- Immediately refund the Fury you just spent to keep the rotation going, combining Melted Heart of Selig with Starlight and a bunch of Life/Hit or Life/second affixes
At its core, this build leverages the "Selig Low Life" combo as it remains the strongest gearing setup of the season (even without Season 11 Sanctifications); meaning we greatly increase our Fury pool to scale the bonuses from Ramaladni's Magnum Opus while keeping our Health as low as possible to minimize the damage redirected by Melted Heart of Selig, effectively allowing us to not care about defenses at all.
Requirements for this build to function:
- Melted Heart of Selig
- Chainscourged Mail
流派变体
This is the final version of the build's progression, including all regular Unique items, Mythic Uniques, Legendary Aspects, Temper mods and Masterworking, leaving you with a great all-rounder build for all content in the game. Additional variants use this as a baseline to optimize around certain activities.
Gear & Skills
How it Works
Skills & Rotation
- (2H Mace) Leap is used a our first Brawling skill to start stacking Chainscourged Mail, move around but also to generate Fury.
- Ground Stomp as our second Brawling skill and triple-purpose support powerhouse.
- Spawns Earthquakes and activates their generic multipliers (Earthquakes)
- Applies Vulnerable and deals a hefty amount of damage (Tactical Ground Stomp)
- Generates Fury and pulls enemies together
- (2H Mace) Hammer of the Ancients as a Fury pool and Fury generation steroid thanks to the Enhanced Hammer of the Ancients stacks. Violent Hammer of the Ancients also provides a massive damage boost when your cast Overpowers. Using it just once will make sure to add both Encroaching Wrath and Ring of Red Furor effects to final Brawling skill.
- Kick as our final Brawling and Core skill, exchanges our entire Fury pool for a massively juiced Spartan Kick thanks to Power Kick benefiting from all previously mentioned effects, but worry not you'll instantly replenish the Fury lost.
- Wrath of the Berserker acts as our steroid Ultimate, further increasing our damage, Berserking uptime, Movement Speed and making us Unstoppable while active. Thanks to multiple Cooldown Reduction effects, we are able to keep it up permanently. Once you reach rank 5, it also doubles as a monster packing tool.
- War Cry as our offensive Shout, grants us Berserking and a hefty damage multiplier.
Skill Rotation
Buff Rotation - Whenever available
- Wrath of the Berserker, ideally reuse it just before it falls off to keep the stacked bonus from Supreme Wrath of the Berserker
- War Cry for its damage multiplier.
Main Rotation
- Cast Leap
- Cast Ground Stomp
- Cast Hammer of the Ancients to trigger Encroaching Wrath and Ring of Red Furor and upkeep your Enhanced Hammer of the Ancients stacks
- Yell "For Sparta"...
- Cast Kick and watch your enemies disappear!
Then, repeat the rotation
Gear
- Chainscourged Mail - Core to the build to make sure our final Brawling skill deals a massive amount of damage while effectively having no cooldown. The offered stats are also perfect for the build.
- Crown of Lucion - Highest damage multiplier (x105% with the S12 changes) and increases the cost of our Skills, which we absolutely want to unlock our synergies.
- Ring of Red Furor - Perfect offensive stats on top of a massive damage multiplier and guaranteed critical strikes when it matters.
- Ramaladni's Magnum Opus - Unique effect with a massive Fury based damage multiplier that works as long as the weapon is equipped.
- Sabre of Tsasgal packs a lot of power for Core skill builds, especially once you gain access to frequent Overpowers.
- Tibault's Will - Additional Resource, offensive affixes and a decent damage multiplier on top.
- Melted Heart of Selig - Massive stats increase, doubles your Fury and makes you immortal as long you remove all Health bonuses from your gear/paragon/consumables.
- Shroud of False Death - Multitude of small benefits that add up to a ~30-50% damage gain.
