The Minion Earthquakes Barbarian uses Arreat's Bearing to allow our Ancients, specifically Korlic, to spawn Earthquakes. It offers a novel playstyle not often seen in the Barbarian archetype, where the Barbarian almost becomes a summoner, spawning minions to do the dirty work. That being said, a Barbarian is never afraid of doing the dirty work themselves, and as such you must also join your BOYS with your Hammer of the Ancients and blow those Earthquakes sky-high to do tons of damage. This build needs Arreat's Bearing to function. It cannot be played without it!
Minion Earthquakes Barbarian Endgame Build Guide for Diablo IV Season 12 - Slaughter
The build's playstyle is quite straightforward. The main portion of your damage comes from exploding the earthquakes spawned by your Minions. You summon your Ancients by using Call of the Ancients and send a Hammer of the Ancients in the direction of the Earthquakes they spawn. Thanks to Mantle of Mountain's Fury, you don't even need to be on top of them, as your Hammer of the Ancients is a ranged attack with this item.
In this guide, we teach you all you need to know to be successful with the Minion Earthquakes Barbarian in Diablo 4. Let's dive into it!
Requirements for this build to function:
- Arreat's Bearing
- High Cooldown on Call of the Ancients
- Flickerstep
- Mantle of Mountain's Fury
流派变体
The goal here is to progress through the Torment difficulties as you unlock Ancestrals, Paragon points, all Legendary Aspects, Temper mods and the most important Uniques to pilot this build. Some Legendary Aspects are used temporarily to fill slots that may be replaced with more Unique items later on.
Gear & Skills
How it Works
Skills & Rotation
- Cast Call of the Ancients to summon your Ancients.
- Evade trough the enemies to reset your Call of the Ancients cooldown, thanks to Flickerstep.
- If you only hit one enemy you might have to Evade twice.
- After you Evade, attack an enemy with Hammer of the Ancients to reset your Evade cooldown.
- Aim for your Earthquakes when you cast Hammer of the Ancients, they should always be on top of your enemies when they first spawn.
- Always try to cast a Hammer of the Ancients during the Xan Rune's effect window.
- This should happen somewhat automatically since you charge Xan with Evade, thanks to Cem. You should always be casting Hammer of the Ancients after every Evade.
- Use your Shouts as they come off cooldown.
- Iron Skin should also be used for the most part as it comes off cooldown, but you can try to be more reactive with it, as it provides a really strong heal and a bigger shield the lower your Maximum Life is.
Gear
- The unique effect on Arreat's Bearing is your base damage on this build, so prioritize getting a really good one.
- The unique effect on Flickerstep is extremely important. Having a max rolled one is the difference between having to Evade two times or three times to reset Call of the Ancients on single target.

Stat Priorities & Mercs
To enable the Stormclaw Druid to perform optimally, hunt for these stats on your gear with good rolls and aim to Temper ⚒️ & Masterwork Crit them accordingly. Keep in mind that certain stats, such as Extra Size Tempers, Attack Speed, Critical Strike Chance and more, have caps that may affect your priorities according to the items and Paragon points available at that moment.
Consumables
Elixir of Resourcefulness II, Ancient Times, Reddamine Buzz, Soothing Spices
