Welcome to the Wing Strikes Paladin Endgame Guide! This is a build that is completely enabled by the Disciple Oath. Unlike most builds, Wing Strikes is not available in the Skill Tree and doesn't have ranks or other nodes that modify it; instead, it's more-or-less an auto-skill that is always active as long as you are in Arbiter form and have the Disciple Oath chosen.
Wing Strikes Paladin Endgame Build Guide for Diablo IV Season 12 - Slaughter
On its own, Wing Strikes doesn't have much going for it other than its default Disciple tag and the 50% increased damage it gains by default. However, it has a ridiculously strong Unique Amulet, Sanctis of Kethamar, and a bunch of powerful Arbiter-themed Aspects that help boost its power to obscene levels. With Tyrael's Jurisdiction, Wing Strikes even gets increased range and the ability to seek out nearby enemies, instead of targeting at random.
Arbiter form by itself also allows for an extremely comfortable playstyle, since Arbiter of Justice's Seraph's Wings upgrade lets you play at Movement Speed cap and and constantly apply Vulnerable to all enemies around you. Early on, it's very easy to keep up permanently with cooldown-based Disciple abilities, and eventually it just self-sustains its duration via with the help of tempering.
If you're a fan of passive, auto-bomber style gameplay, this is the build you're looking for. So, spread those wings and let's dive into this Wing Strikes endgame guide!
Note that information outside of Build Variants is described from the perspective of the Mythic variant.
赛季主题与构筑适配
The Season 12 theme brings Killstreaks and Bloodied Items to Diablo 4. Slay enemies in succession to begin a streak that grants increasingly greater benefits based on which affixes you roll on your gear in addition to seasonal reputation and experience. Tiers are divided as follows: Killstreak (0-99) - Carnage (100-249) - Devastation (250-499) - Bloodbath (500-999) - Massacre (1000-9000) - Fresh Meat! (9001+). For most instanced content types, you can typically expect to reach up to the 4th tier (Bloodbath). Additionally, you can find Bloodied Sigils for Nightmare Dungeons, Infernal Hordes and Lair Bosses that offer greater challenges and rewards (introducing "pseudo Torment 5").
Bloodied Items
Bloodied affixes are bonus affixes that can randomly roll on gear and come in three categories: Rampage (armor), Feast (weapons), Hunger (jewelry). The first two offer minor combat effects while the latter boosts specific loot drops, which doesn't impact your build. Recommended affixes for this build are:
- Rampage: % Strength, Critical Strike Chance, Cooldown Reduction
- Feast: Reset Cooldowns, Chain Hook, Gain Berserking
- Hunger: Chance for [x] Items, Salvage Materials, Extra Gold

技能与玩法
- Your main skill, Wing Strikes, is not on the Skill Tree and cannot be manually casted. It is essentially an auto-skill that occurs periodically whenever you are in Arbiter form, which is accomplished by using the Disciple Oath in combination with cooldown-based Disciple skills or simply hard casting Arbiter of Justice.
- Falling Star is one of the aforementioned Disciple Skills. This also serves as your primary mobility tool, allowing you to take to the skies and traverse Sanctuary with style. Upon killing Vulnerable enemies, its cooldown is rapidly reset, which allows you to spam it constantly in many situations.
- Fanaticism Aura passively gives you a stacking Critical Strike and Attack Speed buff, and applies Weaken whenever it is manually cast. Since there is no consistent Faith spender in the build, this Aura works by inflicting Critical Strikes, thanks to Rite of Vengeance.
- Defiance Aura gives you a large boost to Armor and All Resistances, as well as a small amount of Maximum Life. When paired with the Resolve gain that is granted by Courage, it's also a minor offensive Aura that gives 10% multiplicative damage.
- Holy Light Aura heals you and gives you an on demand Stun via Rite of Submission, which activates Dizzying Blow.
- Consecration is a skill that you typically use against Elite packs and against Bosses. While standing in its area of effect, you are given passive healing and also a 15% damage boost. It also applies Weaken, which activates Break the Line, on top of being a great defensive debuff.
Skill Rotation
- Whenever you enter an area, start off by casting Arbiter of Justice to enter an extended state of the Arbiter form. Wing Strikes then automatically casts and auto-targets any nearby enemies.
- After you have transformed, use Falling Star frequently to stack Ascension to maximum. It can then be used as much as you like to traverse the area, along with the enhanced Arbiter Evade.
- Fanaticism Aura and Defiance Aura do not need to be manually cast, as they are mainly used for their passive effects. You can, however, use Fanaticism Aura's active as an extra source of Weaken when necessary.
- Use Consecration against Elite packs and Bosses to inflict Weaken and cause them to take increased damage.
- Manually cast Holy Light Aura to activate its Rite of Submission enhancement, which Stuns enemies and triggers the Dizzying Blow passive. Against Bosses, simply having this skill on your bar allows you to passively and reliably refresh the stacking damage buff provided by Griswold's Opus.
Paladin Oath
The Disciple Oath allows you to enter Arbiter form when you use a cooldown-based skill with the Disciple tag. Other than manually casting Arbiter of Justice, this is the only way to acquire the Wing Strikes ability. While using this Oath, Wing Strikes counts as a Disciple Skill and has its damage increased by 50%.

流派变体
This section is designed to guide your Wing Strikes Paladin from a fresh level 60 into the very late endgame using the three variants Starter, Ancestral and Mythic. At the final step, you should be fully decked out with a great all-rounder build. From there, follow the other min/max variants if you want to optimize around certain activities such as Push (Tower/Pit), Speedfarm and more.
If you are fresh in Torment 1 coming from a leveling guide, this is where you begin. Since only some Aspects can be guaranteed from Dungeon unlocks for the Codex of Power, focus on acquiring the additional aspects via gambling with Murmuring Obols or Pale Marks in the Mercenary Den.
Gear & Skills
- Early on in your progression, focus on stacking Maximum Life to survive. As you unlock higher power gear and Paragon points, you naturally scale your character into the higher difficulties and can start replacing some of these rolls with offensive stats or uniques.
- There are three Arbiter-themed Aspects, all of which boost your damage tremendously; quickly acquiring these is the main priority:
- Tyrael's Jurisdiction - the most important one; a massive multiplier that also increases the range of your Wing Strikes and allows them to seek out targets.
- Ascension - a stacking damage multiplier that builds by using Falling Star and Condemn.
- Celestial Strife - another stacking damage multiplier; this one relies on kills against Vulnerable enemies.
- Holy Punishment - generic multiplier for Holy damage, which is the type of damage Wing Strikes deals.
- Lagera's Sovereignty - generic multiplier for Disciple Skills; Wing Strikes automatically gains this tag from Disciple.
- Virtuous - generic multiplier for all damage; activate this by using Falling Star at least once every 7 seconds.
- Indomitable - percentage-based Armor increase that is reliant on your Block Chance; this stat can be boosted several different ways, but the most reliable way of increasing it is via the En Garde passive.
- Hale's Salve - another percentage-based Armor increase that also grants Fortify; it's activated by over-healing while at full life.

This section describes how to optimize your Wing Strikes Paladin with the right Item Affixes, Runes and Mercenary choices.

Keep in mind that certain stats, such as Extra Size Tempers, Attack Speed, Critical Strike Chance and more, have caps that may affect your priorities according to the items and Paragon points available at that moment.
Recommended Consumables: Soothing Spices, Song of the Mountain, Ancient Times & Elixir of Fortitude II.
常见问题与机制
Take a look into this section for a deeper dive on frequently asked questions, common mistakes and the underlying mechanics of how the Wing Strikes Paladin works.
The build works really well when you decimate everything in seconds, but may get overwhelmed if fights are long against high level monsters. There are several adjustments you can make when you have trouble with more difficult content:
- Make sure you reach permanent 100% Block Chance to avoid massive damage spikes.
- Use defensive consumables (Reddamine Buzz, Soothing Spices, Elixir of Fortitude II).
- Roll Maximum Life instead of offensive stats on as many pieces as possible.
- Kite enemies when they become Unstoppable.
- Replace an offensive rune with Mot, Que or Xal.
Mechanics
- The Disciple Oath and Arbiter of Justice are the only sources that grant the Wing Strikes skill.
- With the Oath equipped, it is activated by using any Disciple-tagged ability that has a cooldown. Typically, these include Falling Star, Condemn, and Advance - Flash of the Blade.
- Disciple Oath automatically gives Wing Strikes the Disciple Skill tag, allowing it to benefit from related modifiers, including the 50% damage inherent to the Oath.
- The Arbiter form this Oath grants can be be extended by tempering Arbiter Form Duration on gear.

BD 总结
The Wing Strikes Paladin offers a passive playstyle that excels in all content. Here's what makes it great:
- Essentially a walking simulator; cast Falling Star for more mobility or just keep strollin'.
- Only requires Sanctis of Kethamar to start blasting.
- Stacks Armor and easily reaches 100% Block Chance, making it extremely tanky in the process.
- Permanent Arbiter uptime. You get to play as a badass angel!
